Service Fees

All our services are billed by the hour, including consultations, training, travelling time (to and from your site), email advice and phone support.

A minimum fee of one hour applies to regular face to face appointments, and a 15 minute minimum applies to phone and email support.

The hourly fee for technical support and training service during business hours is $88 including GST.

Services outside of normal business hours are $110 per hour, including GST.
We expect payment at the time of consultation, unless other arrangements are made previously.

Payment can be made by cash, cheque or direct bank deposit.
 
Software Training Fees:

1 - 2 people: $88 per hour total
Group training is offered by arrangement

Technical Service Fees:

$88 per hour
